Design, harden, and operate Kubernetes platforms for clients in regulated industries. You'll write the Helm charts, define the policies, run the on-call, and be in client Slacks daily. Strong opinions about GitOps, supply-chain security, and cluster lifecycle management welcome.
Own the security side of client pipelines and clusters: SAST, SCA, image signing, admission policy, runtime detection. Translate HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, and CMMC controls into enforceable code. Comfort writing Kyverno or OPA policies from scratch is a must.
Spend two focused hours a day inside a client team's Slack — pairing, reviewing pull requests, running architecture reviews. You're not a body shop contractor; you're a senior engineer helping the client team own the platform we build together. Flexible time commitment, fixed-fee retainer.
